3.1 Permitted use. This website is provided for general information purposes and to facilitate enquiries and bookings relating to the Clinic’s services. You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 Prohibited use. You must not use this website:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam)
- To knowingly transmit any data or material that contains viruses, Trojans, worms, or other malicious or harmful code

4.5 Prescription treatments. Certain treatments referred to on this website, including botulinum toxin (anti-wrinkle injections), are prescription-only medicines in Ireland. Their availability is subject to a prior face-to-face medical consultation and prescription by a qualified prescriber, in compliance with the Medicinal Products (Prescription and Control of Supply) Regulations 2003 (as amended) and Medical Council of Ireland guidance. Nothing on this website constitutes a prescription or an offer to provide prescription-only treatment without the required consultation.
4.6 If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not use this website — call 112 or 999 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
5. Online Bookings & Enquiries
5.1 Any enquiry or booking request made through this website is subject to availability and confirmation by the Clinic. Submission of an enquiry or booking request does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by us in writing or by telephone.
5.2 All treatments are subject to a clinical assessment and suitability review at the time of consultation. We reserve the right to decline to provide treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or is not considered to be in the patient’s best interests.
5.3 Bookings made online are subject to the Clinic’s Cancellation Policy. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits paid may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or non-attendance.
5.4 Any pricing information displayed on this website is indicative only and is subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of consultation. The Clinic is not bound by any pricing that has been displayed in error.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Aesthetic Therapy Clinic or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may view, download, and print content from this website solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that:

7.2 Treatment decisions. The Clinic expressly excludes all liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from any decision made in relation to a treatment or procedure based solely or primarily on information obtained from this website without seeking independent professional medical advice.
7.3 Indirect and consequential loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Clinic excludes liability for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, even if the Clinic has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
7.4 Cap on liability. Where any liability of the Clinic to you in connection with your use of this website cannot be excluded by law, that liability is limited, in aggregate, to the sum of €100 (one hundred euro), except where such a cap is prohibited by law.
7.5 Force majeure. The Clinic is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
7.6 Non-excludable liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Clinic’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by the Clinic’s negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, the Liability for Defective Products Act 1991, or any other applicable Irish or EU consumer protection legislation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 This website and all content, materials, information, and services provided through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Clinic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
13.2 The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to your rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
13.3 As a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes relating to online transactions.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Clinic in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 No waiver. Failure by the Clinic to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall it prevent the Clinic from subsequently enforcing that right or provision.
14.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, or any rights under them, at any time without restriction.
14.5 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) Regulations 1995, and the European Communities (Distance Selling) Regulations 2001.
